Plot Help! October 29th - November 2nd

Here's the post to help each other out this week. As NaNo is right around the corner, people like you (and even you!) are trying to figure out what the hell they are going to be writing about.

Check in and see if you can help someone out. Post your issues and have others help you.

And really, if you're brave... post that you have NO PLOT IDEA and let people throw random plot ideas at you...

And keep checking back during the week as more people reply into the post!

The immediate thing that jumped into my head, which was actually an idea that I had a LONG time ago and never took anywhere, was gargoyles that turn into people. At night. And run around causing havoc. And maybe the boy sees them and doesn't realize what they are and wants to join them or something...if you like cities, you could definitely go somewhere with that. Like, guardian gargoyles of the city, heh heh. Except for the havoc-wreaking. :D

...wow, stream-of-consciousness is fun!

I LOVE YOUUUUU.

Ooooohohohoh!!! *writes this down*

See,I love the whole idea of only coming out at night, but the vampire thing seems a little...stale to me! :(

I love the gargoyle idea [adore the cartoon =D] but I wanted to write about like, people. Man oh man thank you so much! That triggered a long string of little plot bunnies running around my head.

*heart* :33333

Except for the havoc-wreaking Now that could be apparent havoc -- things that seem to have no obvious purpose and just cause trouble, but later turn out to prevent more serious troubles? Maybe it only occasionally is obvious what was averted, since usually no one notices when nothing happens instead of something bad? but the gargoyles could have some low-grade prescience -- they know they have to do such-and-such, but they don't know why?
