still editing my last Nano

Hi all, and argh! It's October, and I'm still desperately trying to finish editing/rewriting last year's Nano before November rolls around. Anybody else doing this?

I have to finish last year's so I can know exactly what happened at the end, because this year I'm writing the sequel. And there is substantial editing to be done, so the details of what happens at the end might actually change a bit. I do know that my main character escapes and makes it across the river. But just how, and who shoots who...well that remains to be seen. Hopefully I can pull it out of my @$$ in a few more days :-p
