*jumps on bandwagon*
So, I finally cast my novel.
Jeremy Higgins is Colin Firth (MMC)
Ruth Kesteris Cate Blachett (FMC)
Malcolm Kester is Peter O'Toole (Ruth's brother)
Catherine Higgins is Maggie Gyllenhaal (Jeremy's sister)
And, because I cannot go a month without making icons...

And yes, I know, Cate Blachett looks older than 24, but the picture was too perfect.

...which, for the non-knitters, means "I just began knitting my novel by setting up the first row of stitches on the needle."
I need to stop knitting for a bit.

...then again, I found time to make icons of 4 of my characters.

but but but..
Re: but but but..
It's ok, though, love. She's not my MAIN character. We can share her.
Re: but but but..
haven't been back in there since, being on the East coast and busy with work... but I've got 16, 641 as yesterday's count. Lucky if i've written 200 words today.... might get to writing before bed.
And its fine really, it all started kind of because my main character is somewhat of a Mary Sue, but not really, but my boyfriend tells me I look like Maggie Gyllenhaal (check the icon, i dont see it, but he does) so I just thought I would make my main character look like her....
Re: but but but..
Hmmm...I can see it. In the smile and eyes. Actually, the main reason I went ahead and used Maggie is because I was going through lots of young, dark-haired actresses and the moment I saw the picture I used for the icon, I knew I had to choose her.
