Word Count Challange!
Alright folks... after reading and responding to a few people in this thread, I've come to notice that there is a large group of us who are behind in our word counts.
Don't worry, I'm SO included in this. Been a rough week.
So... here's my fun challange for the day.
Today is day 7. According to the stats, if you do 1,667 words a day, you should be around 11,669 today.
What I challange everyone today is this. If you are under that goal, reply with your Word Count. Then I want you all to find that time today to write. Forget about the 50K challange for today.
Today, your challange is to get to 11,700.
At the end of your day, come back to this post and reply to your own with your updated word count. See how far you could push yourself today. I'm going to be right along beside you.
And for those who are ahead of the game, feel free to come in and send people encouraging replies to keep them going.
And don't forget the vaulable resources we have here:

Plot Help Threads
Other Resources like Name Generators and genre topics
do not mistake this for the WC of the day post. Mo will be putting that up later. This is just for the people wanting to take up the challange.

Tell me about it! The stretching exercises (http://www.lib.msu.edu/ergomsu/stretch.htm) are helpful though.
The final word count reached today
Well, I didnt hit the 11,700, but its a good spurt for me. It's also where I'm gonna have to leave it for tonight. It's 9:10 local time and I have to be at work at 6:30 tomorrow morning.
This was perfect motivation though!
