I like daring her to do impossible things. One year I dared her to do 100k for Nano, I've gotten her to do 50k in a week... I'm working on convincing her to do 50k in a day. I did the math, and she can totally do it if she writes nonstop with a 5-minute break every hour.

that's so painful. i wrote 20 000 words on november 30th last time and i couldn't move my fingers the next day. the last 1 000 words were just using my index fingers and i had to move my entire arm instead of bending.

I think the most I've ever managed in a day was just over 10k- I get restless and distracted.
