I said no to the sprints, but not because I don't like them or know what they are, just that they rarely fall at a time when I'm writing.

Thanks! What time zone are the times on the calendar?

They should be in East Coast time. Here's a way to check: Nano into the night is 11 East Coast time and 10 Central. (pm) so check that and see if they all make sense.

OK. I'm in the UK, so I just need to add 5 hours to those times. The sunrise sprints will be great for me, as that's 10am in the UK.
