Here are a couple I've wanted to try, but they look yummy: i just know if I actually do this first one, they'll vanish out of my freezer.

This is my quickie desert that originally came out of a Disney activity book:

-piece of bread
-butter
-sugar
-cinnamon

Butter the bread, sprinkle on sugar (shake off excess), dust with cinnamon, microwave until butter melts, eat. :)
