It's come to my attention that I'll be lacking a computer and/or the time necessary to write for up to 4 - 5 days next month. I've always been pretty bad about meeting my daily word count as it is, so I'm a little worried. What do y'all suggest I do, so that I don't fall terribly behind?

So, I've decided to make up a list of NaNo Resolutions. You know, kinda like New year's Resolutions, only for NaNo. Anyone else have any resolutions for this year? Swing by my journal to check out my list, and feel free to leave your own behind, too. We can poke each other as the month progresses to see if we're keeping on-track!

Daily Introduction Post - October 22nd

Yes, I suck at life. No, really. I have two jobs, and it's killing me with being away from the computer on weekends. So I apologize folks.

All those people who've shown up, come and say hi! We don't bite, much. And I fed the ninja squirrels, so all is good.

Yes, I suck at life. No, really. I have two jobs, and it's killing me with being away from the computer on weekends. So I apologize folks.

Plot Brainstorming and Help Post #1

Ok, so over 50% of the group has stated that they would like the plot helping post once a week, while the rest wanted it daily, or have no idea what a plot is supposed to be.

I'm one of that last group!

Anyway, a few comments caught my attention, and so here's what I figure. I'll do one on Monday for the week, and then another one on Friday for the weekends. That way people who will end up doing most of their writing on weekends because working 9-5 M-F jobs SUCK during NaNo... will not get lost in the Monday posts.

That's going to be the best I can think of. And when I get around to updating the profile this week, all the posts will have the tag "2007: plot help" (just like this one)

Just so you can click on the tag and find the last one.

I will also make sure that I remember to link the TAG in the word count / snipit posts come November. If I forget, PLEASE someone comment with the reminder or link so that people can find it.

Help me help you... and I won't be insane by November 30th.... well... more than I already am.
