Plot hand-holding

Hello everyone!
I'm just starting to ge the inklings of what may be a plot and I'm in the mood to start doing something about it.  Do any of you know where I can find fun plot development things (like pages to fill in about what your character likes, hates, eats for breakfast, etc.)?  I've poked around a bit but haven't come up with anything.
