nanowrimo_ljTop 10 reasons why I am accepting the Nanowrimo challenge.
10. I work great under impossible deadlines. This is something I might just be able to finish.
9. I have been encouraged to participate by more than two people.
8. I have a great idea.
7. I have a 35 line (and growing) outline.
6. I have new neighbors (it's an omen)
5. The exercise will keep me from watching yet another political attack ad.
4. World peace
3. I don't drink coffee or alcohol, surf porn sites or smoke -- I need a serious vice.
2. My wife may be planning a trip to visit her parents for a month. (See reason 3)
1. I have a brand new laptop -- the keys are still springy and fresh!
