Can a novel span only 5 Days

nanowrimo_ljIn my initial Idea for my Novel, I wanted the entire thing to take place in 5 days for my Characters. The plot beings on Monday and ends on friday. I'm starting to worry that 50K won't fit in such a small scale.
Is it possible to take up 50K words to show only 5 days in the lives of my 6 MCs? Should I try to change the plot to make it stretch out longer, two weeks or maybe a month?
