November has turned out far busier on the RL front than I'd anticipated, too - but I find that it works that I just sit down and try to write, every odd moment I get. Even if it's just for a short while, sit and look at your novel. If it's not time you're short of, just steam, then I suggest a good walk or similar: it's great for getting novelly, thinky thoughts going. Good luck!
