The Good: Last night was an AMAZING night for NOWD. We wrote over 140,000 total words together! Boss! :)

The Bad: Apparently all your robotic-arm writing skills killed our chat room and chatzy isn't working today. Boo! :(

The Good: We've set up temporary shop over on AIM in the room: ljnanowritingsprints - long name, amazing results. Boss! :)

The Bad: It's AIM, which means we are having trouble with logging in and some of you can't use AIM anymore and trolls could attack and soil our quilts AT ANY TIME! Boo! :(

The Good: Chatzy appears to be down across the board, so it's not just us! They're working on it and it will be better soon! Boss! :(

The Bad: We don't know when. So until we do, we'll be stationed on AIM, giving you UP TO THE MINUTE communication with what is going on, as it comes across our desks.

Update - 1:05pm CST

Dear Chatzy user,

Thank you for your heads-up. We had a server crash on our main server. Unfortunately, our normal alert systems suffered a failure as well so it took a while for us to be aware of the problem.

We are working on getting Chatzy back up ASAP. Our backups are good; no data has been lost.

Update 2 - 1:48pm CST

Chatzy appears to be working at this point. We're proceeding with caution. Be prepared for frustration, outages, and needing to move to AIM. I have yet to hear that they are fully up, from the mouth of Chatzy, so we will move there until it becomes inoperable.

Update 3 - 2:00pm CST

Received the following email from chatzy:

"We are up now :)"

Let's proceed without caution and without abandon! Boss!
