My name is Megan, I'm 24, and this is my second year doing NaNo.
Last year I set out to do a "serious" novel that smushed together a skewed version of Cinderella with post-9/11 New York City. I finished, but I haven't even looked at it since December 1st. Heh.
This year I'm planning on doing a detective story based on a character I created for a![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
musemuggers_2, so it will probably be sillyness delivered in a serious way (think Good Omens). I'm also setting the story in Minneapolis, where I live, for immense ease.
I also have a small batch of writing/NaNo themed icons over here. Feel free to grab. I'll be making more as it gets closer and I (hopefully) have less homework (but please don't take the one I'm using right now).
