I've asked a few questions before, but I thought I should introduce myself. My name is Joseph. I've been also called Joe, Joey, Jo (with no E), Jay, and J.J.

I hail from Toronto, Ontario. So yes, my name is Joe and I AM CANADIAN!!!!!!

I just graduated from university, and am trying to figure out the next step in my life at the crossroads. Among the many dilemmas I've mulled over, I've been debating about signing up for NaNoWriMo in the last month.

For the longest time, I like writing. I can write and write and writer forever; just take a look at the verbal diaherra splattered on my livejournal. However, I've had difficulties in doing fictional stories, let alone a novel. My best work derives from personal experiences. As one writing prof told me, the best stories derive from our pain.

However, I do have an idea for a NaNo Novel if I decided to go through with it. Basically, this novel would be a biography of a male character who owns a lot of accessories. In each chapter, a different accessory will tell stories about the male character -- how the accessory met the male character, how the accessory has been treated by the male character, observe the male character and his surroundings, the trips the accessory takes with the male character, etc.

What do you guys think? Does it have any potential? At least enough for 50,000 words?

Any suggestion on how I could proceed or flesh this idea?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated...
