So... today I'm going to start my new idea of challenge threads. They are going to be completely random, so bear with me and I hope that they will help.

Here's how this thread is going to work:

You are going to reply with your current word count and ONLY your word count IF you are below the minimum word count number below.

November 14th - You should be at least as 23,338 if you're doing the 1667 a day method.

I will reply with a random plot point. I don't know what you're writing, and I don't want to (not for this at least!). But you are going to use this plot point and write it into your NaNo today somewhere.

Skip back and add it into what you've already written (do not delete anything you wrote to do this!). Add it in right now. Insert a page break and write a scene "in the future" or a "flashback" to something before the novel started.

At the end of the day, reply back with where your word count it. Do your best to hit the magic number.

And if you are OVER the magic number... you are free to also throw in random plot points for people. Just get creative. And also since you don't know the true ages of the writers, keep it family friendly, ok?

So let's begin *cracks knuckles*

and god help me the comments are going to kill my e-mail cause I will be putting my notifs on
