I keep feeling like I'm way behind, because I haven't outlined or done any plotting for my Nano story yet. :X What do you do to help plot/outline/turn an idea into a story?
Anyways, I was wondering - supposedly, one of the main points of NaNoWriMO is to JUST. KEEP. WRITING. Do you ever leave in scenes that you know you might cut out later, or multiple takes on one scene, or out-of-order scenes? I have a bad habit of deleting anything I don't like and starting over, so I think I might do those things.
Any general tips for a first-timer, especially one with a spouse who occasionally demands attention and a full-time job?
