This year I'll be participating for the first time, ever (I'm ridiculously excited about it!) and I'm thinking of doing it the old school, pen-on-paper way (see icon), because I tend to have a better flow this way.
No laptop means no internet and no further disctractions, but also no way to quickly check some facts should I need them, no exact wordcount, slower progress and hand cramps but less head ache.
What's your experience with doing NaNo on paper?
