Hi everyone.

I just joined when I realized that nanowrimo is commng up pretty soon and I'd better start planning. I like the fact that this group seems to be active outside of the challenge month. I try to keep things up during the rest of the year, writing something every day no matter what it is.

I'm really glad the elction will be over for nanowrimo. I really want to do it this year.

Am I the only one a little bit surprised by everyone who's beginning to plan in late August/early September?
(Alternately: am I the only one who has been consciously not thinking of any long-story-type ideas, and will continue to consciously not think of them until mid-October?)

=) I found out about it from someone's LJ and I got hooked. And I refuse to do anything by myself so I've gotten a whole bunch of friends at school all excited about it and it's only early September. =D We're all plotting like mad now. =)
