Hi all, and argh! It's October, and I'm still desperately trying to finish editing/rewriting last year's Nano before November rolls around. Anybody else doing this?
I have to finish last year's so I can know exactly what happened at the end, because this year I'm writing the sequel. And there is substantial editing to be done, so the details of what happens at the end might actually change a bit. I do know that my main character escapes and makes it across the river. But just how, and who shoots who...well that remains to be seen. Hopefully I can pull it out of my @$$ in a few more days :-p

Which means that my pre-Nano October consists of doing 2k+ words a day to finish the old novel (that's done), substantial editing, and now packaging everything up to send out to the agents.
Keep working - it'll pay off!
