Mezame (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdqUy2sgcQc) - Yuki Kajiura. In my head I always imagine the first minute as buildup and then the rest is the fight itself.
Though the Fire and the Flames (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLyY22CpC1Q) - Dragonforce. I usually let this loop if I'm trying to imagine a fight scene, unless the scene has a particular song that fits more.
