I'm just this gal, you know?

I'm Sushi, this is my eleventh NaNo (hopeful eleventh win), and I do ridiculous things in November. This year I'm writing a metanovel sequel of one of my 2009 NaNos, a small rebel project for a ridiculous day one, and Baty knows what else.

I also run a small wiki about all things NaNo, including the Site That Must Not Be Named.

As EllieMurasaki on Dreamwidth and AO3, I'm planning to write a Supernatural AU fanfic taking on the 'go back in time and fix everything' trope from a post-season-seven starting point. Haven't figured out what Sam will break in the process, though.

As Elizabeth Conall, I'm planning to write a fantasy novel where the backstory is Lucifer and a third of his angels lost the war they started and got booted out of heaven, and they have since been spawning nephilim children in order to have a numeric advantage for the rematch. I'm certain the side humanity wants winning is Lucifer's, because heaven wants to play out the End Times so beloved by Tim LaHaye and his like, but Lucifer's kind of got some bad press, so our half-angel heroes will be fighting each other. Which is about the extent of my knowledge of the plot...

I really shouldn't try to write both at once, and I really ought to read Paradise Lost and the Divine Comedy before November if I'm going to go for the fantasy novel, but I suspect I'm going to end up writing both at once and counting on Wikipedia and Cliffs Notes for the Milton and Dante references.

Hi! I'm Maelle (or Schyzz) and I don't know where I am going with my NaNo. At first it should have been a Teen Wolf porn fic and now, after I don't know how many researches, I've got a plot or at least something looking like a plot. It was all supposed to be kinky stuff, now there may be a war with another pack and if I want to write all the sex scenes I was supposed to and the plot I'll never have enough of 50K words. That's why I don't normally do researches for my fics.
So, yeah, I'm totally freaking out!

Hey guys, I'm Erin! I decided to finally join up in this comm because I have this lovely tradition of signing up for NaNo and then, well, basically doing nothing about it =P So I thought being part of an LJ comm and being able to meet more people doing nano might be super productive! All I have on my nano so far is a title... DISCONNECT... we'll see what happens from there =X OH! And my nano name is 'anirishlullaby' if anyone's looking for any more writing buddies! ;-)

I found being apart of this community before nano to be very helpful! It has definitely made me want to complete mine this year.

Hi! I'm Cherry. This is my first NaNo.

I'm going to be writing an original story called 'The Long Way To Beautiful' (at least, that's what it is at the moment). It's about a woman who loses her comfortable but stifled middle class life, after finding out her husband's been cheating on her. However, after much heartache, soul-searching and an introduction to some of the baser pleasures in life (!) she finds that in the end she's gained much more than she's lost. I'm hoping to cover the full gamut of emotions, and some good, steamy sex scenes. ;)

I'm avoiding too many chat forums because I do get easily distracted. I'll be sticking mainly LJ and pestering my online writing friends.

Hello everyone! I'm Kayla (though my pen name - and middle name - is Mary, so either or).

This year I'm going out on a limb and writing a different novel to the one I've been trying - and failing - to write for the past two Novembers. Though it is set in the same universe of sorts, therefore it contains a lot of the same mythology and world-building -- hey, I really love the settings and history I've created, okay? :P Far too much to write something completely different. My novel is tentatively titled The Girl Who Fell Through Time and it's primarily a Fantasy novel, with Historical Fiction elements. I've no synopsis yet, mostly because I dread writing them. I mentioned said NaNoWriMo novel here (http://everharts.livejournal.com/2666.html) on my livejournal, if anyone is curious.

Oh! And I'm everharts over on the forums. Feel free to message or add me. I'd love to get to know more of you. :)

Heya! Grouchmuffin on the forums. I'm entering my 9th NaNo & with the wind at my back, my 9th win! I've been a bad LJer as of late, and I'm not sure how I want to use LJ for this year, but...a most wondrous, if not untimely plot bunny, happened upon my doorstep yesterday. There is a high probability that I may be distracted this NaNo...and as I'm usually uber-focused on my NaNo of choice, I might use LJ to flesh out my 2013 idea just to keep the bunnies off of my shoulders and out of my mind!

This year I'm writing a sequel to my 2009 NaNovel--it's a fantasy/sci-fi. I tend to stay in the fantasy, lit fic & paranormal genres. Next year's will be a fantasy/paranormal.

Now? I need to clean the fridge. It's pre-NaNo work at the homestead tonight.

Good luck to you all!!

Hey!
I'm Natalie, I don't get around to posting much here, though I have the best intentions.

This is my second year for NaNo and this year I'm working on a Supernatural story. I had started it a couple of years ago but got stuck half way through when I figured out my evil spirit was too powerful and I had no way of defeating it. But I think I've finally got it planed out.... at least I hope.

So my story is about a girl in her freshmen year of University. She is a psychic though is afraid of her powers and accidently wakes an evil sprit from it's stone imprisonment, who then goes around and reeks havok on the small town. Its up to her and the paranomral group to defeat this evil spirit once and for all.

Hi ! I'm Marie, I'm french and living in Britanny. I'm 28 and it will be my 5th time doing NaNoWriMo. I only reached the 50k goal one time though...
I'm a bit scared I won't finish this time either, but I'll do my best ! And if I write even just a tiny bit more than I would otherwise, it's still a success, isn't it ?

Good luck everyone :)
