How do you even?

I'm kind of cheating, because I write NaNoWriMo-level output every month so the word count isn't the problem; finishing the story is. I write a lot but it's all over the place, so I use NaNoWriMo to focus me on one project that I do from start to finish.

As for how, I break it up a lot because I teach full-time and can't sit down for hours. I write a bit before I get up to go to work (sometimes), on my morning commute, between classes, and then after school at Starbucks or on the commute to my gym. I find that short bursts when I know I have a time limit works really well for me, mixed with one day where I just go to Starbucks for the whole day and do as much as I can.

(I do write 1000+ words most days outside NaNo, and I've never had massively massive difficulty finishing NaNo, but your totals are just bloody impressive)
