Well, I've signed up for NaNo. Last year I planned meticulously, knew exactly where I was going to go -- and failed miserably. This year, I'm going on a wing and a prayer. I have some vague ideas, but I won't know exactly what I'm going to write until Nov. 1.

I do have a title, however! And I made a cover, 'cause all the cool kids are doing it. It's the first time I've ever photomanipped; twas very fun. Image was originally from Getty Images.
