So, umm, I was really going on my novel but then a few days ago I just ran out of physical steam. I still have plenty of plot left, I love my characters and whatnot, I just got distracted by life and ran out of steam. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do to give myself the kick I need? *BIG sigh*

Date: 2008-11-10 11:33 pm (UTC)I had a few very low word count days, and a day that I didn't write at all... but then I got my butt to a write in and sat there and wrote 6K. And the next day I wrote 3K. You know it is possible to do it, it is just a matter of sitting down, doing it, and accepting no excuses.
And remember that writing begets writing, and procrastinating begets more procrastination. The longer you go without writing, the harder it will be to start up again. Writing everyday is a HUGE help for me, even if I don't hit 1667 words.
